try-out course musical
during Easter holidays
The topics of the try-out musical workshops are about the same as in the basic musical courses (see below). On four days during Easter holidays, the participants have the possibility to try out musical and to prepare for a basic musical course or a musical project course.
basic course musical
for 13- to 18-year-olds
Acting, singing, dancing – everything at the same time. For the audience it looks easy, light and vibrant: but nowhere else, the demands for the performers are so complex as in musicals.
The basic course musical offers the participants the possibility to learn the basic elements of musical: singing, dancing, expression and most importantly a feeling for rhythm as the prerequisite for a combination of all elements.
Gospels, ensemble-dancing and solo or choire songs which are known from popular musicals are connected with expressive choreographies.
At the end of the course, a presentation of the developed songs will take place.
project course musical
During this one-year musical course, the participants from 13 to 18 years will develop a musical production of their own which will be staged publicly at the end of the course. While working at the scenes and choreographies, the participants’ voices, their dance and acting abilities are trained.
Prerequisite for the course is a former attendance of one of the musical basic courses or in special cases also the attendance of a musical try-out course.
The tuition fee (50,- €) is a monthly fee. This fee falls due nine times during this one-year course.
